How it was calculated
Schedule of the Programa Nacional de Vacinação (PNV, national vaccination programme), 2025 version, in force since October 2025, with the April 2026 HPV vaccine update. PNV vaccines are free at your local health centre.
If a vaccine was missed, there is no need to start over: take the vaccination record to the health centre. The schedule can change; always check with the nurse.
Outside this general schedule, some babies also get BCG, the rotavirus vaccine or the antibody against respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), depending on risk and season; ask at your health centre.
